Long time no "woo". I'm sure mi assistant will try to make summ kind of lame excuse for the extreme lapse in posts like...the above new addition to our furamili in Fall 2009 or these two sweet faces that joined the bipeds in April 2010. Have no fear, I'm still here enjoying snacks and practicing fur mi big day. Yep, it's true...it's a birthday. Now, how am I going to sign the post? Maybe you can help me. Vote for your favorite...Summiiii or Summiv.

Hey Handsome, happy #4 birthday to you - looks like it was a very good year with all the handsome and pretty new additions.
We think it is time to go back to Summi, or maybe Summi's4.
Happy Howloween.

I forgot the most important part - HAPPIII BIRTHDAY SUMMIV!
Well, we like Summiv, but maybe it needs to be Summiiv, or next year you will be Summv.
Hey my handsome Malabro! I hope you are having a wonderful birthday! And, I hope you got lots of treats!
I'm going with "Summiiii". It just makes sense.

O hai! I glad u are doing ur blog. :) Happy birfdee! :)
Hmm...well, on Roman clock faces, "IIII" is often used in place of "IV" for the "4 o'clock" apparently because "IV" is an abbreviation for "Jupiter" in Roman times. So they decided to use "IIII" so that their public clocks didn't have "1 2 3 GOD 5...". So if you use the IV, that'd be pretty awesome since Jupiter / Zeus was the ruler of the rest of the gods, and his symbol was a lightning bolt and an eagle. If all the Greek and Roman gods were all different breeds of dogs, I bet a Malamute definitely would've been Jupiter/Zeus!
No matter how you spell it, you're still a handsome, special puppy!!!
Happy birthday!
Tail wags,
Storms
Damn, Amy and Layla, who knew I was gonna learn something in the comments here? Took a moment to figure out how IV was an abbreviation for Jupiter, then I realized that in Latin writing there's neither a J nor a U, so they'd have written the name IVPITER. Crazy!
